Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3507) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 362                                                                              
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Governors                                
    of the Alaska Bar Association."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to HB 362, thus adopting SCS HB 362(RLS), and                                             
recommended that the members vote yes.
